Example of successful analysis:
In the beginning of the story, the author uses personification to make the house a character. We get a description of all the things the house can do on the first page. However, the house is able to do more than just tasks, it has feelings. Bradbury writes, “In the living room, the voice clock sang tick-tock, seven o’clock, time to get up, time to get up, seven o’clock, as if it were afraid nobody would,” (Bradbury, 1). We can see that the house is reminding the family, who’s no longer there, that it’s time to get up, but it’s not just reminding them. We see that the house is afraid, which isn’t typical. By giving the house feelings, it becomes more like a person who is worried about the people who are gone.

Due:
A utopia is defined as an ideally perfect place. If you had to design your “perfect world”, what would it look like? What would life be like for the people who live in your community?
What would be special about your community that would make other people want to join it?
You are going to be designing your own utopian world. Your project will include information about the following areas. Under each category, you must supply enough information to inform others of your community and entice them to join. You will create a GOOGLE SLIDES PRESENTATION of this information. Imagine you are giving a presentation and convincing an audience to join your society!
