I will not be ordering extra books for cash sale at the end of the year. Books must be ordered online to ensure a copy. Books are $40. Please ensure that you order by February 28 to guarantee a book. There will be few, if any, books available at the end of the year. Last year we ran out! Any extra books purchased at the end of the year are $50 cash after pre-ordered books have been distributed.
