Welcome to 7th Grade World Geography!

Hello everyone! My name is Ms. Musco and I teach 7th Grade Geography on the Yellow Team. This year in class, we will travel to various parts of the world to understand how geography impacts the way people across the globe live. We will study the geography, climate, people/cultures, history and current issues of the following places: South America/Brazil, Africa and Asia/Australia. 

 

We also look at the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); these are goals created by the United Nations that address problems like hunger, poverty, climate change and education around the world. The SDGs will serve as a lens to further analyze current issues that exist in these regions of the world, bringing into question how where we live affects our day to day lives.
