Welcome to Physical Education and 8th grade health! Our goal is to inspire students to development and value an active and healthy lifestyle. Please refer to the Physical Education tab for further details and requirements associated with my physical education class.
In 8th grade health the goal is to promote, maintain, and improve individual and community health. I will be exploring topics as they relate to Mental, Emotional, Family, and Social Health. Other topics we will explore include Substance Abuse Prevention, Disease Prevention, and Safety and Injury Prevention.
