Education

Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Stonehill College with a BA in Education. He has also earned his Masters of Science and a Sixth Year Degree in Educational Foundations from Southern CT State University

2005 - Present: 6th Grade Social Studies, North Haven Middle School

Personal

Hi - This year marks my 31st year of teaching in the North Haven Public Schools. I really enjoy teaching here, and I myself am a product of the North Haven School System (NHHS Class of '88). In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, camping, sports, and restoring old "stuff", My favorite saying is "One man's trash is another man's treasure!" . My wife and I have a few cats, and a dog, and are always busy renovating our old farmhouse which we moved into in 2005. We also have a son named Shane, who is in high school. I have always been a student of history, and it had long been a goal of mine to teach the subject that I enjoy so much.
